Issue

When trying to replace Kaspersky Endpoint Security with Ivanti Antivirus, the Kaspersky product is not fully removing.  Thus Ivanti Antivirus cannot be installed.

Resolution

The KAVRemover utility must be used to fully uninstall Kaspersky Antivirus prior to installing Ivanti Antivirus.

In the KAV Removal tool, the Endpoint Security items are what Ivanti uses and you need to run removal on.
