Issue
After installing LANDESK Antivirus 9.5 SP1, an error message appears saying that the license agreement has been violated.
Within the licensing window on the client the message "Reinstall the application" appears.
Cause
This issue is caused by the Kaspersky Patch "A" that is installed after installing the LANDESK Antivirus agent.
Resolution
The latest Service Pack for LDMS 9.5 or upgrading to the latest product release with the latest Service Pack resolves this issue.
